- Free Shipping: Hairjoy offers free shipping across India on all orders above ₹1,000. Our packages are shipped from our manufacturing unit in Jaipur, India.
- Order Processing: We meticulously check all hair packages multiple times to ensure quality. It typically takes 8-14 business days to process orders. ). We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. While we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, we do process orders even on Saturdays.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure accurate and complete shipping and billing information to avoid delays. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses, along with unverified details, may result in an additional 1-2 business days processing time.

SHIPPING POLICY
At Hairjoy, we offer express shipping for all our packages. Orders typically take 8-14 days to process.
International orders necessitate 2-3 weeks processing time. You'll receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email once your order ships.
Domestic Shipments:
In the event of domestic shipments being returned due to reasons like customer unavailability, incorrect/incomplete shipping details, or customer rejection, a deduction of ₹200 is made. A store credit is then issued for the remaining balance.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Hairjoy isn't responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with your shipment upon delivery. All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our Jaipur warehouse. Therefore, duties, fees, and import taxes may apply upon delivery, determined by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in your purchase price and must be paid to your local carrier or government to receive your order.
We do not accept returns for shipments rejected by the customer.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Due to our quick order processing, changes or cancellations are challenging once an order is placed. If you need to cancel or change your shipping address, please email us at care@hairjoy.com immediately. While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED:
All orders come with tracking numbers. If tracking indicates delivery but you haven't received your order, contact your local courier services for assistance. Hairjoy cannot be held accountable for packages marked as delivered but not received.
