At HairJoy, we aim to provide smooth and hassle-free shipping while ensuring the highest quality standards for all our products.
Order Processing
All hair packages undergo multiple quality checks before dispatch.
• Domestic Orders (India): Delivery usually takes typically 5-7 business days.
• International Orders: Processing may take 5-7 days, depending on the destination and customs requirements.
Orders are processed Monday to saturday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation on email and Whatsapp message with tracking details.
Shipping Charges & Timelines
India
• Carrier: Blue Dart Express
• Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
Middle East & Other International Locations
• Carrier: DHL Express
• Delivery Time: 7-10 business days (post dispatch)
• Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout
• Taxes & Duties: Charged as per destination country
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and billing details at checkout.
Incorrect, incomplete, or unverified addresses may result in 1–2 additional business days of processing delay.
Domestic Shipment Returns
If a domestic order is returned due to:
• Customer unavailability
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer refusal
A ₹200 deduction will be applied, and the remaining amount will be issued as store credit.
International Orders – Customs & Duties
• All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our Jaipur warehouse.
• HairJoy is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
• These charges must be paid by the customer to receive the shipment.
• Orders rejected due to customs charges or customer refusal are not eligible for return or refund.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Due to fast processing timelines, address changes or cancellations are difficult once an order is placed.

Delivered but Not Received
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.
If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but the package is not received, customers must contact the local courier service directly. HairJoy cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
